  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Some oversized or high-value items may require additional prep time, which we’ll communicate if necessary.

  • Regional carriers (when applicable)

The selected carrier will depend on the destination, package size, and shipping speed. You’ll receive a tracking number once your item ships.

Domestic Shipping

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • Most packages arrive within 2–7 business days after processing.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout depending on the item.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to most countries.
  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees.
  • Delivery timeframes vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Oversized & Freight Shipments

  • Items such as engines, transmissions, and large body parts may ship via freight carrier.
  • Freight deliveries must go to a commercial address with a dock or forklift. Residential delivery may incur additional charges.
  • We will contact you directly to coordinate details for any freight orders.

Tracking & Delivery

All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed once your order is shipped. You can monitor your shipment through the carrier's tracking system.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, contact us at sales@signaturepartsco.com within 3 business days of delivery.
  • We will assist in filing a carrier claim and help resolve the issue promptly.
