At Signature Parts Co., we stand behind the quality of every part we sell. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make returns straightforward and fair.

Return Policy

We accept returns on most items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The part must be in the same condition as received — uninstalled, unmodified, and undamaged
  • The return request must be initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving the item
  • The item must not be marked “No Returns Accepted” on the product listing

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Core items or parts sold “as-is” or for rebuild
  • Electrical components that have been installed or tested
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or handling

How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at:

Include the following information:

  • Your order number
  • The part name or SKU
  • A short description of the reason for return

You will receive return instructions within 1 business day.

Note: Do not return any parts without approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Return Shipping

  • If we shipped the wrong item or the part arrived damaged, we will cover return shipping.
  • If you're returning an item for any other reason (such as incorrect part ordered or no longer needed), you are responsible for return shipping.

All parts must be packaged securely to avoid damage in transit.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method
  • No restocking fees will be charged
  • Partial refunds may apply for returned parts that arrive damaged, incomplete, or in altered condition

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a part, mention that in your return email to sales@signaturepartsco.com and we’ll help coordinate the replacement, if inventory allows.
